DM Staff Form #1
This is a short Staff Form that teaches some of the basic movements and techniques that you would use with a staff. It is a mix of Chinese and Japanese staff techniques. The form came as a result of teaching beginners and Sifu Mike made a video so as to not forget it. A more detailed video will be added later.
