On this site, you will find many martial arts and martial arts related videos all designed to make you better. They will be either instructional and or funny.

Some videos are Free, some are not, but all are informative.

There are many different video classes such as “Teaching Adults” as well as different membership options in which to view them.

Instructional videos are taught by Sifu Mike. He has spent over a decade doing martial arts and holds black belts in three arts. He owns and operates a school and has taught over 8,300 hours.
